Hello all! This is the personal log and diary of my life after the Union Gospel Mission years - starting in Jan. 2008. I have been assigned several Oregon State Parks park hosting positions - a completely new adventure for me. I'll try to post interesting and infomative stuff here regularly.

Entry #1 - one week to go

Well, here it is... one week to go before heading out for Oregon and a new kind of living. I'm uncertain about how I'll feel - with no friends and me being all alone in a new area. I'll see. I'm tough. Or I'll cave. (better than being in a cave, I guess)

I have a truck loaded, as of this morning, with all the FH stuff from the storage room at the Misison and will try to stuff it all in some other storage areas. That's the last thing, except for the next several days wait before departing Yakima for Oregon.
